The company plans to provide appropriate notifications once it confirms the information involved.
The company also issued an update on the progress it has made restoring services to customers, noting that 99% of pre-incident pharmacies were now able to now process claims. Change Healthcare’s payment processing is likewise functioning at 86% of pre-incident capacity. The unit handles around 6% of the U.S. healthcare system’s payments, it added.
